Wide Receiver Rankings Week 11

My day-late and dollar-short wide receiver rankings week 11 have nothing too surprising in the top ten, but a lot of volatility in the 11-30 range.

I think the Cincy wide receivers are primed for a big week, and think Kirk and Elijah Moore will make for great WR3 plays this week.
